A start you can build on

You have an idea. What comes next is a name, a look, and a first version people can use. Alfred takes you from the idea to a live product, then helps you hire the people who carry it on.

What you leave with

  • A name and positioning that hold
  • An identity and a design system
  • A first version, live and yours
  • The first people to carry it further, hired with you

Four weeks, then the team

  1. Week 1 – Direction

We decide what this is and who it is for.

  2. Weeks 2–3 – Making

Identity and product, designed and built together.

  3. Week 4 – Launch

It goes live, and you own all of it.

  4. After – The team

We define the roles, review candidates and set the first hires up to start well.

Hiring with you

After launch, Alfred stays involved while you hire. Not as a recruiter, but as someone who knows the product well enough to say who it needs.

What this covers

  • Which roles you need first, and in what order
  • Role descriptions written from the actual product
  • Reviewing candidates’ work and joining interviews
  • A first month for each new person: the design system and code they inherit, and a call with Alfred

No recruitment fees. The advice is about the people your product needs, not about who I know.

Hiring support is agreed separately from the four weeks.
